Our consultants will work with your team to create a plan that includes all phases of works
from concept to engineering, Pre-construction to project close-out. Our collaboration section
ensure buying from all parties involve to validate the plan and we incorporate Lean practice
to reduce waste, optimise construction process, deliver project on time & ensure project
milestones are achievable.
We ensure accurate & ongoing progress reporting at all stages of the project .We
make sure all information gaps are bridged. Our approach to progress tracking is managed
and controlled to deliver the project as planned. In a situation where things don’t go as
planned, we protect our client commercial stands by plainly demonstrating the root cause
of the delay due to other stakeholders.
Effective reporting techniques and graphical analysis of progress from time to time to
ensure client & team buying .We proactively manage the projects in accordance to the
contracts requirements and client expectations.

the client attention on the task at hand and CPM scheduling, for long term planning to take
care of future planned milestone/goal to control project to completion.
